You've got awesome condition removal in well... curses [plague touch don't need it but it's there]
Blood Magic gives you a monster hp management for tanking [Demonic Flesh ftw] Stealing HP over time with Life Siphon is fine if you're not using energy on other skills
And it's the ultimate in defense cracking. You can eat enchantments for lunch and shut off blocking with Rigor Mortis.

Any spell that can assist you in outright killing is in the Necromancer's magic lineup.

Healing yourself though, you're better off with Healing Sig or Lion's Comfort.

But if you can get through to your foe, W/N Executioner is my preference for my playstyle, you might like it too.
No no no! Big no! Don't do that!

Of course, if you DON'T like the idea of killing enemies faster...

There's always, W/Mo... *snicker*

Also, if you have casters in your party carrying spells like Mark of Fury and Dark Fury and Rend Enchantments... Your party will NOT be doing the damage it could be doing.

[seriously if you're a necro primary bringing Mark of Fury to play, I should decapitate your inefficient arse...]

Actually, if the necro covered Mark, he could also add Orders to the mix (if, for some bizarre reason, he was wasting his time with blood), or let the warriors bring Conjures for real damage.

Have a cookie.

Thanks for the cookie. Necros shouldn't use Blood Magic huh? Spiteful Spirit was always one of the better ways to go I thought as well.

But if the skill enhances your fighting abilities, [you don't even need THAT many points into your necro secondary stats], I say take it.

W/E with conjures can do real damage sure, but hey, I don't see a pressing need to FORCE myself to use an elemental weapon...

I like to be in control of my own skills and weapons, not the other way around. If you're 'imprisoned' by your skills and weapon inventory, it becomes a little too easy to shut you out. Besides, W/E can't hurt rangers I'd think...

And lose your enchant damage?

I'd think one who can spam adrenal skills will easily out damage one adding +17 to their attacks.

Armor strength penetration needs to play a role I'd think.

Or better yet, put your conjure warrior next to my Mark of Fury warrior attacking a target, then we all win... ^_^

My friend told me that the only good build for W/N is plaque touch build. Other builds need me to invest in another profession which I don't have spare points for (str, axe, tactics). And also because it costs too much.

sounds like your friend is giving good advice.

Warriors have great dps and can hold their own in any situation. WY and Healing Sig alone are very good in just about any situation. You never need a secondary for standard pve, especially if you want to kill stuff fast as possible. Most will put a maj/sup weapon rune and split between tactics and strength depending on the need. As said before, the AI is designed to go for the weakest link, and unless it's a 600 monk in the backfield, you will be running after targets. Lately the devs like kiting, so a crippling skill and something like enraging charge are becoming more common with pve warrior builds.

There is some good advice on here. I pretty much agree with stormlord, though. Why be a warrior if you aren't killing anything?

Why are you putting points in strength? I mean well...

uh...

It's passive benefit is garbage unless you can spam skills (which again isn't worth the extra armor penetration anyway...)

Plague Touch? Well, I was a plague touch lover too, till I realized I can micro manage my monk heroes, then I'd be better off adding an 'extra damage' skill vs. a protect myself/harm them skill...

Mark of Fury, Weaken Armor, Barbs = extra damage skills. What are you gonna do with strength skills? Endure Pain? Strength Elites [nuuuuuuuu], are Flail and rush not long enough durations for you? *dur...*

you can easily run 16 weapon, 9 tactics (for watch yourself + shield), and 10 in your secondary attribute. finally 3-4 points into strength...

Only reason I'd ever have 9 points into strength was for that shield and to buffer Lion's Comfort which works well in oh .... Random Arena... LOL

Strength is useful in some forms of PvP, with Bull's Strike, Bull's Charge {E}, Protector's Strike, Enraging Charge, etc.

Please leave all the things on this list to the caster classes, now go own some face.
